How the public record works
Every published slip is timestamped before tip-off and graded from final box scores the next morning.
Each afternoon before the first game tips, the free 2-pick and the Pro 3, 4, 5, 6-pick and Heat slips are saved with a timestamp printed on the graded slip.
The next morning at 8 AM PT, every leg is graded automatically from ESPN final box scores. Wins and losses are shown at the exact same size.
Printed hit chances are pulled toward 50% and compared bucket by bucket against actual hit rates on /record.

Is this legal in California? Information only
Yes — Cold Slip is an information and data tool, not a sportsbook or pick’em operator. We never take bets, hold deposits, or pay out prizes. If you choose to play on DraftKings Pick6, Sleeper, PrizePicks or Underdog, you place entries directly on those apps under their own terms.
